App closes unexpectedly while playing without error message

I was using Spotify before on my old phone - Galaxy Note 2 without any problem until I brought a new one last October - Samsung S6 Edge +

After switching, Spotify frequently closes unexpectedly while using without prompting any error message.

Is it a software compatability issue? or my phone has a defect?

Try uninstalling Spotify, deleting all of it's cache and reinstalling.
