My Question or Issue

Spotify App crashes directly after installation, cannot be used at all.

We have restarted phone several times, re-installed the app several times during a week, cleared data and cache of spotify app, cleared cashe partition of the phone, tested with both wifi and mobile data connection.

Please help, all other apps work well, but Spotify not at all
