App isn't registering my premium

I just got a new phone and downloaded the spotify app. I have premium and playlists, but when I logged on the phone app none of my playlists where there and it isn't premium. I logged out and back in many times, uninstalled the app and redownloaded it, and made sure that it is the same account but it isn't working.
