My Question or Issue

When I open the app, it asks me to log in. I enter the correct login details and I just get the green swirl for a few minutes and get the "something went wrong" message. This issue isn't specific to my phone because I got a new phone today and am still experiencing the same issue. I can only assume it's something about my account setup.

Can you confirm whether the same happens while using different internet connections and if it happens on other devices too such as a PC.

If it does, you can move to ask a relative or a friend to log in to their own account on your devices to see if it can be replicated with a different account.
