App performance issue on android

Music keeps stopping mid song. Will only start if I go back into app and perform any action. ( Pause then play, restart song, etc). At times it won't even play one complete song

How do I fix the issue of music just stopping frequently?

Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.

In this case, we'd like to gather some further info. Would you mind opening a different account on your mobile device to see if you can replicate this behavior? If possible, you can ask for the account of a relative or a friend to open it on your device and check.

On another note, and just to confirm, does this happen when casting the playback to a Bluetooth device or smart speaker? If yes, please send us more details about it, such as the make/model of the device on which this is happening.

If possible, you can also send us a video recording of what's happening on your side. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.
