Seguinte, eu consegui aqui.

- Sistema operacional do Pc

- Versão do Android

- Sistema operacional do Pc : Windows 10 PRO

- Versão do Android : 8.0

- Versao Spotify : 1.1.6.113.gb388fe17 - PC / 8.5.6.673 - ANDROID

Hey @xBrocks.

Thanks for getting back to us. Hope it's okay if we reply in English.

  1. Unplug the router from the power
  2. Delete Spotify on your computer from the Control Panel
  3. Press the Windows logo + R on your keyboard and type  %appdata% A few folders will appear. Delete the Spotify folder
  4. Go back one folder
  5. Open each folder and delete the Spotify folder (if present)
  6. Go back and open Local, here you may also delete Spotify
  7. Reboot your computer
  8. From the Android home screen, tap Settings > Apps
  9. Find Spotify in your list of apps, tap it and clear the cache and data. Then select Uninstall.
  10. Switch the device off, and remove the battery (if possible)
  11. Wait 2 minutes, and put the battery back in. Switch the phone back on
  12. Plug the router back into the power
  13. Make sure both your computer and mobile phone are connected to the same network
  14. Install Spotify on your computer and mobile phone
  15. Make sure your local files are in a folder on your local hard drive. So not in a cloud or secondary hard drive
  16. Check the settings of Spotify and make sure that the location with local files is selected as a source for local files
  17. Create a new playlist with local files only
  18. Open Spotify on the iPhone (or re-open if already open) and check if the newly created playlist is there, if yes, click the button to sync for Offline use
  19. Songs should be syncing for Offline use. Try not to let the screen of your iPhone dim when you are syncing the songs.

Hope this resets everything to it's original state. Let us know if you have further questions.

Have a nice day.

Hey @xBrocks.

Thanks for getting back to us.

It looks like you are using songs downloaded from YouTube. Files or downloads from illegal sources are not permitted.

Could you try if a legitimate version of the track will work?

Looking forward to your reply.

Have a nice day.
