Auto Starting Android Bluetooth?

Help! I have got lost on previous threads and not seen a clear answer. Samsung Note 3 Android - full Premium user with Playlists downloaded. Use Bluetooth headsets and Pebble watch. Recently in meetings Spotify randomly stating up and sometimes playing 'recommended we think you might like' Tried everything. No I don't want it to start up randomly. No I don't want suggestions. How do I disable whatever this is? I just want to control my play lists and choose when I play them!!
