BUG: Filter button missing

A couple of weeks ago, there was an update, which resulted in the following behavior:
When I'm looking at any artist's album section, swiping down won't show the filter button! To get to see the filter button, I need scroll down a bit, click on a random album, return to the album overview by pressing the back key in the upper left hand corner, scroll all the way back up and tadaaa there it is!!
This used to be different!
I need the key to sort the album list and get it in alphabetical order.
