Having this same problem on my new moto g power 2025 and none of the links to solutions are accessible. Any advice?

Thanks for posting on the Community! We've moved your post to a separate thread, as it'll give us a better overview, hope you don't mind.

 

Could you check if you notice any difference after clearing stored cache from the device? Once it's done, you'll need to log out from the app/log back in again. These steps should resync your account info. 

 

Another option is to try a clean reinstall of the app, this will also clear cache, as well as ensure that you're running the latest app version.

 

We can suggest double-checking the device's settings too, and also check if there's an update available for the operating system. It's worth having a look at the points listed on this page from Google, should the issue persist.
