Behind the lyrics function not appraring

Hello everyone. I have a Xiaomi mi5 with a Family premium account. Title is self-explanatory: behind the lyrics doesn't show up.the device is updated to the latest global MIUI 8.2 version.
I've already contacted Spotify assistance, but after a dozen mail exchanged nothing is solved yet. I've also tried under suggestion of assistance to use a test account but nothing. I noticed though that the button in the setting to activate behind the lyrics disappeared.
Looking forward some help and eventually some response from someone who's got the same problem.
