My Question or Issue

Recently, as of today, when I bring up my music to see the time, if I can skip it, what song it is, pause and start it, anything else you can do on it, was completely black. Nothing else but black. And if I close it (as my music was still playing) it completely stops and keeps the app open. 

I tried deleting it, deleting data and cache, restarting my phone, and nothing has worked.

Please help, as it started today and I can't stop it.

Could you let us know since when you're having this issue? We'd recommend trying to log in using a friend's or a family member's account. 

 

Also, can you check if you followed all the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/ while reinstalling the app?
