CANNOT CONTROL SPOTIFY IN MY CAR

Hi, 

I'm very embarrassed. Spotify constantly starts to play no matter what i chose (f.e. radio, then both sources are playing through car audio system). It starts EVERY TIME i switch on the engine of the car. I cannot control it. Even I put the car screen off (now i switched off everything on this app) it starts to play every time i turn ignition key. I cannot neither stop or quit S. I just deleted the app. Phone: LG G4, car - Opel Vivaro. Many thanks for suggestions HOW TO USE SPOTIFY ONLY WHEN I WANT TO LISTEN IT!!!!! Thank you.
