Can not play on mobile device

I am using LG g2 with android 4.4.2 ver.
I can not play music on my phone. I press play but it doesnt work.
I can play on computer and spotify can be controlled it by my phone(play,stop,back...) when computer is playing music.
I have tried uninstall app, clean the data, re login, turn off my phone but it still not work.
By the way, my phone doesnt have SD card.
Please help!!! Thank you

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG), @SpotifyAyuda (ESP) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
