So...
First, I added few local songs from my PC to spotify playlist.
Synced playlist (with local songs only) to my android (everythings went fine).
I turned off Wi-Fi on my phone and tried to listen it but it says I'm offline..
Where is logic? Why do I need internet connection for listening local music?
Yes I check option but it's still was saying I'm offline and I must connect to internet to listen local files ^.0
Sorry but this guide is useless.
I don't see Local Files on my Playlists (since 2013). I never saw it.
I just added local files to playlist on PC and then synced it with my Android device.

Ofcourse not solved...
Are the tracks you are trying to sync available on Spotify to stream? It could be that it's recognised the tracks and is getting conflict between local files & online files.
I've seen this happen before (it's especially an issue if the track length is different). If the track/album is available to stream I'd ask you to remove it from your local sync and instead try to add it via 'Your Music' and then select the 'available offline' button.
Hmmm.
Me too. Just got the premium membership so I could take songs with me while travelling.
Not much point if I can't easily see ONLY the local songs.
I don't want to look through ALL my songs to find the ones that are stored on my phone.
I'll be cancelling my premium
