Can't Log-In or Do Anything on Spotify for Pixelbook

My Question or Issue

Spotify gets stuck on a black page whenever I launch the app.  I've already tried updating the app and my Pixelbook, clearing the cache, and power-washing the pixelbook.

I've emailed support and provided the same information above, but they gave me instrucitons on trouble shooting for Windows...
