My friend logged into his spotify account on my device and it automatically installed beta, after he was finished, I logged in and tried to delete it and install it several times. After that beta still appeared. Please help.

If you go to http://apkmirror.com/apk/spotify-ltd/spotify/#variants, it lists all builds. Simply wait a few days for a non-beta build to appear and install that.

Are you sure you're using the beta? The actual app is distributed via the Google Play Store so your friend would have had to log into his google account on your device for you get the beta.

What version of the spotify app are you using? The beta is currently at 5.x
