Having an issue where songs will play for the first 10 seconds or so then will cancel.
Going into notification suggests that the phone has no internet connection but have no connection issues with other apps.
Phone will play songs over wifi network but will not play on cellular network.
I have deleted cache, reinstalled application.
Running 6.0 Android
Spotify Version 22.214.171.1245
Moto G, 3rd Generation.
This has only just started happening.
It will occur even when it is the current app being used.
as mentioned in first comment, yeah they play cleanly on Wifi and is limited to a cellular issue.
I have tried a clean install and nothing has changed.
Also tried card in Samsung S4 and having same issues, I feel this is either an account issue/cellular network issue.
I've talked to the Optus man, and he can't provide any information until Monday.
Sucks because this has popped right outta the blue.
What I currently am getting, even with 4G connection..
Songs play for approximately then refuse to buffer any further.
I haven't touched or modified any settings and this has randomly popped up outta the blue.
