Can't View Downloaded Artists

My Question or Issue

Am I losing my head or has the Spotify app decided I can't view artists I've downloaded in my library anymore? Instead, I can only view artist I've 'liked.'

If its true, I'm flabbergasted (and seriously annoyed)! It really feels like its a big streaming radio now and that I can't use the app as a personal collection of artists and albums I can select and listen to song by song, artist by artist, at my own leisure. If it can't get fixed, I'll have to transition to a new music service.
