Can't access my spotify prenium on my mobile

I downloaded spotify premium on my laptop today with Paypal. I also signed into my mobile phone (Nokia Lumini 635), but it still seems to be on 'free' as t doesn't make any mention of premium or how to install it or anything. I want to listen to Spotify offline but I can't do anything with it in 'offline mode' which is strange as I have just bought Premium. I logged in and out of Spotify on my mobile and also un, and re-installed it but nothing has changed. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.  Please help! And thanks

You should check if there are any problems with your payment method and if there's no problem you should contact Spotify and explain the situation, they can help you further.
