My Question or Issue

When I try to add a song to the queue the bottom sheet just closes after I press the button and the song is actually not added.

Hey @mara_100d,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

We tried to replicate the behavior you're mentioning, but the tracks are getting properly added to the queue. So first, we'd recommend logging out and logging back in twice to force the sync between your account and your device. 

 

Also, could you check if swiping the song to the right has the same behavior or if it queues the track properly?

 

Lastly, would you mind checking on a different mobile device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

 

We'll be on the lookout.

Hi, thank you for the fast reply. It seems today is working fine, no issues adding songs to queue and it never happened before. Maybe it was just a temporary backend issue.

I'll try to close this issue (or if you can feel free, as I can't find the option to do so)
