Why Can't I sign up for an individual account no more? Do I really have to pay for 2 accounts?

I also apologize for the problems you're having with subscriptions.

Here is the link to a site where you can choose premium plans.

I'm going to ask around but I assume it's temporarily down and will be back up very soon. Do try it out though.

I realized that I also couldn't change my subscription plan.

I should just add, there's no way you'd be forced to subscribe for a plan that doesn't work for you.

 

In the future, you might want to submit these types of complaints under Subscriptions in order to get assisted as quickly as possible 💚.

One last thing, could you perhaps include a screenshot of the display that shows up when you try to subscribe.
It'd be helpful.
Also take steps to ensure sensetive info like bank card details are obscured.
