Can't go online

Hi

 

I'm a Premium account holder. I use S primarily on my Galaxy s2(Android ICS). Can't now go online at all to add new tunes to Playlists etc. Also, Spotify is not recognising my phone under 'Devices' on my PC.

 

Help!

I've just moved your post over here, as it's an Android problem. Have you tried the brand new preview app at all? You can get your hands on it from here: https://www.spotify.com/download/previews/

Yeah..I downloaded it...it was the first thing I tried. Any more ideas?

Firstly, I would suggest a clean reinstall. I need to, really. But it really does work sometimes.

The second idea may seem a little strange, but could you head to our website and change your Spotify password. You can do so from here: https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

If you could then make sure you log in with the username 'steve_guy' and your Spotify password.
