Can't install spotify on Galaxy a02s

• Hi,

Trying to install Spotify on my daughter's Galaxy A02s. I can download the app in Play Store but at the end of the installation I get a message that the app can't be installed.

I did all cash and force stop that usually recommended but didn't help.

Any ideas?

Thanks you for posting in the Community! We've moved your post to a relevant Help Board where it fits better.

In case the app doesn't complete the installation process, you can doublecheck if there is stable internet connectivity and also enough storage space on the device of your daughter. As you've mentioned to be receiving some sort of error message, if it repeats, then we'd ask you to send us a screenshot of it, so we can look at it and advise you better.

It could be well worthwhile to perform the so called clean reinstall process also, as this is more thorough than the normal install and ensures that no previously cached data will cause interference with the new instance of the app.
