Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

In order for us to narrow down the reasons for this experience, we'd need you to first perform a clean reinstall of the app as described here.

 

If this doesn't resolve it, it's important to check if you've deactivated the Offline Mode of the app. Here is how to do it. 

 

Also try switching between networks, e.g. between WiFi and mobile data.
