Can't login in to spotify after getting "no internet connection available"

Hi,

For almost a week now i have got the error "no internet connection avaiable" when trying to use Spotify. All other apps etc works as normal and has internet connection.

When i am connected to WIFI spotify works as normal.

I now tried to log out and log in, but now i cant even log in to spotify, i just get the error "We're experiencing some problems are this time, try again later"

I have cleared data/reinstalled the app several times/rebooted the phone and all the basics but nothing helps.

Is there any solutiuon to this? Its strange since all other web needed apps is working fine.

Let me guess; T-Mobile in the US?

Have a look at the troubleshooting/common issues guide at the top of the forum (also linked in my signature) with how to modify or create a new apn for T-Mobile.

Hi, no, actually im based in Sweden and using ISP Telia 🙂 But i will check the link you had!

Yes, do that... Check to see if your apn is set to ipV6 as I have a feeling this could possibly be the cause.

Iv checked and it was checked to ipv4/ipv6. Tried to change just to ipv4 but that didnt help either 😞

Tried that and it did not work, now the same issue appears on the facebook app, cant log in to facebook either..hmmm this is getting strange.

I think you need to speak to your network provider. Maybe your apns need reseting.
