You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
The memory card was in my note 3 - no problems.
Then moved it to note 4, and it wouldnt let me format, delete or add anything. Formatting would actually reinstate everything that I tried to delete via my pc!
Have contacted sandisk for a new card - but I am confused why the SD card matters because spotify saves to the phones memory - not sure why it would impact spotify!
