Can't play active songs

My Question or Issue

 I can't play songs that are active (white) and I have previously played without any problem. I have no problem with internet speed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I still have the same problem. I don't receive any error message ,the song simply doesn't start to play. I have noticed this for specific artists:
