My Question or Issue

Hi guys, my problem appeared after I did a factory data reset to my phone. Probably the last version of Spotify have been installed and after this whenever I search for an album, after I tap them, there are no results (blank window).

Also, can't find my created playlist in Library, the menu is like new...without results, although on my desktop there are no problems.

I have tried to connect to other mobile device and there are no errors.

Things I did:

  • clean reinstall
  • connected to other wif's
  • logged out

PS: first picture is the search return and second my library

Can you please help me with this issue? 😞

Thanks

Hi there @Oniricool,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and for the troubleshooting steps you've done so far. We're happy to help.

Can you ensure that the operating system is up-to-date?

If you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you do a soft reset of the device to see if the issue persist?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care 🙂

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you very much, now it works.

The operating system was the latest, I have solved this by installing the app without the card.

Big up
