My Question or Issue

After updating yesterday to 8.5.41.344, I can't play anything except for the cached songs so I tried to reinstall it in PlayStore same thing the play button will show but it will be minimized so I'm sad today can't stream anything. Please check and fix. Thank You!

Sorry to hear the app is causing you trouble. No worries, we're here to help!

 

Since your original post the app has been updated a couple of times, so a clean reinstall would be a good choice to start with, if you're still experiencing this issue. Also make sure that you've the latest firmware installed on your phone.

If the issue persists, it'd be great if you could let us know whether this is happening on Wi-Fi or mobile data and maybe send us some screenshots, so we can see what's going on.
