Can't play offline

Can't play offline

I recently went out of cell service for a couple of days, and as I was driving home I wasn't able to play any of my music. It just kept saying not available. All of my music is downloaded so that I can play offline. Bizarre?? Has anyone else had this issue? See picture attached

Hey @LouBird, welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Keep me posted 🙂

Hey there. I reset my device, and it didnt work. I wasn't able to reinstall
the app as I didn't have signal. But as soon as I got back into service
(not wifi) I was able to play my songs again. This is still frustrating as
it may happen again?

@LouBird,

Thanks for checking 🙂

Could you make sure offline mode is on when you are in a place with no signal following these steps:

  1. Tap Your Library
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Playback.
  4. Switch on Offline.
