I am currently on the day before my last 30 day free trial. I would like to cancel before I get charged because I is not what I expected. When I go to cancel it wants me to enter my card information again. It's never saying I had it and doesn't give me an option to cancel subscription..?

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
