Cannot Delete Playlist Radio from Recently Played

I'm unable to delete a playlist radio station, after having my Family account hacked into. Deleted it from desktop, still appears on Android.

Tried deleting the cache and app itself, logged in, and it reset all the Recently Played entry deletions.

PS: Two-Factor Authentication is necessary. Really.
