Cannot delete profile picture

No matter what I do ...I cannot delete the profile picture. I tried using my desktop but no luck there either. I never get the option to change  picture.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

As far as I know changing profile picture is not possible from Android device. For desktop check the below link to see if you are doing it correctly. And if you are, try to explain at which step you are having trouble. You may be more likely to find a solution for your problem. Have a nice day !
