Cannot dowload albums on adroid phone

My Question or Issue

HI All, 
I cannot dowload albums for a couple of months now.
I did the following troubleshooting:

I have enough space on your device
I re-installed the app
Cleared cache
Internet connection is wifi

Can you please help?

Can you share a screen recording of the error that you are facing? Also include your Spotify app version. This will help me take a closer look at what's wrong.

Hi,

I also can not dowload the songs into my phone and it talks about disabling online something that I dont understand. I have enough space and already re-installed my app, thank you

To continue investigating this, we understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? 

If so and the issue persists, we'd also recommend removing the downloads from that device (by following the steps mentioned here) to see if it makes any difference.
