Cannot play files from CD

When I got my new Galaxy in January, I already had Spotify Premium and everything worked fine on my laptop and my old iPod. However, once I switched to using my Galaxy, I could no longer play the songs in my playlists that were local files on my laptop from CDs. The ones from iTunes worked fine, but I own two CDs and neither of them would play on my Galaxy. My Premium ran out and right after it ran out, I transferred the files directly onto my phone in hope that would fix the problem and it appeared to have done so, because the files played again, but when I got Premium again today the files stopped playing again. I have the files from the CDs saved in .wma format. Any help is appreciated.
