Cannot play playlist on Android after upgrading to premium

Cannot play playlist on Android after upgrading to premium

I upgraded to a premium account roughly an hour ago. Every time I choose a song to play, it says "Sorry, can't play this track. Only Premium users can stream on demand on mobile".

Try logging out and back in. If that fails restart the phone and do it again. Hopefully that sorts it for.you

Hi , I have same problem and have logged in and out sooo many times ,now says I have only a 48 hour trial and cant listen offline!!!

Sharron - sounds like you may have logged in with a different account than the one you sign up to Premium with. Are you using your facebook login details and spotify username and password?

I only log n with Facebook , that is the only option I have used...do I need to do something else 🙂
