Hey, i cant control Spotify from the locked screen,how do I enable it? S7 edge nougat

In this case, could you check that all the notifications are enabled from the settings of your phone? Sometimes when you block or hide notifications on the lock screen from the setting of your phone, the Spotify lock-screen controls won't show up.
