Canvas turning it off

Canvas deactivating alone, no matter what I try to do, I have already performed the procedures suggested here in the community but whenever I activate the Canvas function, seconds later it turns off.

Sorry to hearr Canvas isn't working right for you.

Which steps have you tried exactly? We need to know to be able to suggest further ones.

Also, can you tell us approximately when did this start happening?
