Certain Songs on Album Greyed Out?

I dont understand why the album is available but some songs are not? This really sucks as Buy the Stars is my favorite song 😕

It might be that not all tracks are available in your geographical location for some reason - which country are you in?

I've checked the metadata and I found that these 2 songs are not available in the US market for some reason:
