Change pament method to google play

My Question or Issue

I'm UK based and have a family subscription, paid for via paypal. I want to update the payment method to google play. I can see this is possible for a new account and subscription but can't find the option for my existing subscription. Can anyone assist please?

Hey @bobbyday1985,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Google Play is still in the early stages of being fully implemented as a payment option and this is why it may not be possible to straightaway switch to it.

You can cancel your current subscription, wait for it to expire and then activate a new one with the preferred payment method. Just be aware, that you'll have to reinvite the plan members to the Family subscription afterwards.

Thanks, yes I was manage to implement the above solution today. Shame it's not documented somewhere but pleased it's resolved my side
