I had signed in with a previous facebook account and used my visa debit for the $0.99 premium subscription for spotify, I deactivated my Facebook account for privacy reasons and made a new one, using the same last name and address, but different email. I was charged and a correction of the amount taken out was put back but today I tried it again and it took another $1.04 out of my account, allowing me to do the $0.99 subscription for three months but than it was no longer valid because I have used it up already, this makes no sense to me considering it's a whole different email and Facebook account, why am I still able to choose the $0.99 subscription if I can't even get the fricken subscription, it's such a piss off. I want the $1.04 put back in my account A.S.A.P. and I want the chance to get my 3 months of subscription because I was never able to get my previous $0.99 subscription. I like the app and would love to be able to actually use it without paying the $9.99 subscription fee considering I didn't even use up two weeks off my previous subscription. I want technical support to email me or contact me A.S.A.P.
