Chromecast Audio does not work with Spotify Free

Despite the Spotify Gear website, Chromecast Audio does not work with Spotify Free on Android as you can see attached.

Although the Spotify Gear website only mentions Google Chromecast, Chromecast Audio is also illustrated, so please remove Chromecast Audio from the picture. The best solution would be making a new card/list element for Chromecast Audio where you should not use the "Works with Spotify Free" badge. Currently this inconsistency sucks is misleading.

Chromecast works with free but Chromecast Audio requires a premium subscription. Take a look at Connecting Spotify with Google Cast.
