Chromecast pausing very frequently

My Question or Issue

 Hi, I was going crazy, Spotify starting pausing very frequently when playing Spotify about 2 weeks ago.  I have lost countless hours changing settings on my wifi access point, swapping routers, swapping Chromecasts.  Everything worked fine during daytime but issues started every day around 5pm.  I finally found the problem today when I tried streaming Google Play, everything was flawless.  Spotify has major traffic issues to deal with here.  I am really dispappointed with this.
