Clearing the queue on Android Mobile

My Question or Issue

I am increasingly frustrated by the inability to clear the queue on my Android phone.  I see in the community posts the idea has been proposed since at least 2012.  Is it really possible that in 8+ years such a simple feature still does not exist?  I hate to say this but the iTunes app is looking better and better each day - even on Android. 

Please tell me I'm wrong and there exists a simple way to clear the queue.
