Hello, I just Hard rested my device and as I was restoring my apps, all succeeded except Spotify. I'm using OnePlus 6T. The device is running OxygenOS  10.3.3 on top of Android 10.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

Could you start by restarting your phone and making sure you're not using a VPN when trying to download the app.

 

It's also a good idea to check that your Google account has the same country settings as your Spotify. 

 

Do you experience this when trying to download the app on any other devices or just the phone?
