Connect to a Device Android

My Onkyo 838 is no longer displaying the name allocated in the connect to a device menu. Also when closing out of the spotify app the music stops playing on the Onkyo 838 that wont display its name anymore.

What could be causing this problem, I use a Samsung galaxy note edge?

Is the device connected to the same WIFI network and the same account?

Hi There

Yes the devices are connected on the same wifi network. There are 2 x Onkyo 838's one is displaying its name correctly and the other isn't this is the one that cuts out when moving out of the spotify app. This never happened before and is a recent problem.

It appears this problem is caused when alternating between the shortcut on the phones front screen and using the secondary app button on the next screen. This is what causes the music to stop playing. This is a new issue and was not happening previously.

Any solutions?
