Connecting to an make believe device

I recently turned my app on and it keeps sayinf "you are listening to Spotify on HuaWei vns-l31." When I click "listen on this device" it plays for 1 second then switches again.

I do not own a device called HuaWei. My bluetooth is off, nothing is connectedto the audio jack or usb and my WiFi is also off.

Where did this device come from? Can I "forget device"? Why does it keep force connecting itself to a device that is non-existent?
