Connection problem

Connection problem

Hi, I've been suffering this problem since I have smartphone. I don't know why but while I have my app open my Spotify internet conection works perfectly (in the streets, at work, at home, etc...) but when I leave the app, it disconects from internet conection, and I can't hear music with streaming, is quite annoying, what can I do? Thank you for further answers.

There are a few settings which can cause playback to stop so might be worth checking the following:

  • Wifi/More/keep wifi on during sleep - set to always
  • Battery - Power saving modes off
  • Battery/App power saving/details - make sure Spotify is not listed. If it is, select and disable
