Controls in notification tray no longer present

My Question or Issue

I used to be able to control Spotify from the pull down banner/notification tray, and it would also be on the lock screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, as well as checking all permission and notification settings.

Could you send me a screenshot of the notification bar with the Spotify widget just to help me to better understand what is happening?
