Couldn't load the lyrics for this song

My Question or Issue

I am running  the latest spotify version on my phone. No matter what song I choose that has lyrics label next to it, I always get this message. I've tried uninstalling, clearing data and reboot. The issue still remains. 

Please help.

We recommend you log out everywhere and run a clean reinstall on all your devices, this involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force a account wide resynchronization of your info. You can have a look at this guide for the steps relevant to each device.

If you're still experiencing the issue, keep in mind that the lyrics feature is still in it's test phase and not all accounts in the markets where it was released have access to it. You can try to create a new account with a different e-mail address or through Facebook and check if you can see the Lyrics feature on it. If it works on the new account you can copy your playlists from the old account using the steps here.

Thanks for posting on this thread and welcome to the Community.

We've checked on our end and can confirm that the first song that you shared doesn't have lyrics. However, the second one does. Can you make sure to update the app to the latest version to ensure you can see the lyrics?

If you're running the latest version of the app and still can't see the lyrics, can you let us know the device where that's happening, and if it's happening on any other devices?

Keep in mind that lyrics are provided by a third party, so they may not be available on all songs. New lyrics are added every day, so you may find it added in the future.
